The Texas State University
Bobcat End Zone Expansion is a $37M football complex renovation project that included a new VIP penthouse and terrace, hospitality rooms, weight and athletic training rooms, an auditorium, luxury hydrotherapy and locker rooms.

I helped develop this project from its Schematic Design phase to the 100% Construction Document set.
I also composed various Interior Design Presentations which included material selections and a Branding & Graphics package.

Coordination efforts included constant communication with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, technology/security, audio/visual, and food service consultants.

FREELANCE | DENVER, CO | '23
House Denver is a Christian church in Colorado that recently acquired a building for their growing congregation. I was hired to help transform the old building into a new and dynamic worship center.

Services included studies of the existing space and creating various design options for a reimagined sanctuary.

I was also hired to design
their new logo and branding identity. Examples of the branding and marketing services provided for House can be found here: Branding.

Arthaus Condominums is a landmark residential tower designed for Dranoff Properties
in the heart of Philadelphia. It consists of 108 luxury units, a state-of-the-art pool, fitness center, greenhouse, salon,
library, and retail space.

I worked on the Construction Administration phase, attending weekly site visits to monitor the construction progress, punch-list all exterior and interior spaces, help with on-site issues, and review for quality control.
During this time, I also worked on reviewing submittals for NYCHA's Red Hook Houses renovation, a 28-building complex in Brooklyn, New York.

KPF | GUANGZHOU | '21
The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology's Guangzhou campus is an entirely new development that spans over 260 acres and supports over 10,000 students and faculty.

This massive project required the work of more than 40 KPF designers, who were divided into teams based on building type (i.e. Research Center, Library, Faculty Housing, Student Housing, etc.).

I coordinated with all KPF team leaders and consultants to compile final conceptual and schematic designs into master packages sent to the client. I also worked with the Student Housing team, coordinating with MEP consultants and helping to develop a final DD drawing set.

KPF | DALLAS | '20
North End is an 11-acre mixed-use development adjacent to the Perot Museum in Dallas, Texas.
My team and I designed and programmed a masterplan that centered around an expansive inner park, culminating in a jewel-like "crown" tower. The client, Hunt Realty, ultimately chose our proposal among many other competing firms!

KPF | ATLANTA | '20
1020 Spring Street is a 1 million sq ft office tower in Atlanta, Georgia for Portman Holdings. I worked on the conceptual design phase which included site planning, massing iterations, area calculations, facade development, mobility and parking studies.

My job consisted of attending meetings to resolve design issues, communicating those needs or decisions through markups on drawings, sending out meeting minutes to keep all parties accountable, thoroughly documenting the progress, and visiting the construction site for quality control.
The sheer breadth of this project, not to mention its cross-cultural nature, required me to be competent, composed under pressure, culturally astute, a quick learner, a multi-tasker, and able to move the big picture forward without compromising accuracy or attention to detail.

G.S. ARCHITECTS | D.C. | '13

Korea’s original 1889 US embassy in Washington D.C. was recently repurchased after decades of residential ownership. I worked with G.S. Architects on what began as an interior architecture competition project to reenvision this space. Our team’s proposal to restore the embassy’s original appearance and transform it into a state-of-the-art museum and cultural center won among many competing designs!
My work consisted of laying out initial concepts, research [on history and ADA codes], and acting as a coordinating liaison between the American and Korean design firms.

ARRAY | PHILADELPHIA | '14

At Array, I helped organize and optimize spatial layouts, used various software to implement clinical codes and design for efficiency, conducted a post-occupancy study of two NICU hospitals, and compiled the feedback into a book to help Array improve future designs.
